1. Agreement and who we are

These Terms apply when you use Play Krillion at https://playkrillion.online. Play Krillion is an independent project run by an individual developer ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Play Krillion is a free browser game site for daily rare-answer trivia and related practice modes (including Unlimited, Noillirk, and Cosmillion). Answer frequency and rarity scores use Play Krillion's own model and may change over time. Features may change over time. The site is supported by ads; this version does not sell credits or subscriptions.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If account or sign-in features are available, keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Play Krillion to: break the law; harass, defame or deceive anyone; scrape, attack or overload the service; bypass security or rate limits; or misuse ads or support channels. We may refuse access that breaks these rules.

5. Game results and content

Scores, streaks and answer ideas are for personal play and sharing on Play Krillion. The site's design, code and branding belong to Play Krillion or its licensors.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or remove features without notice.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero if you only used the free site). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of residence, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us at support@playkrillion.online so we can try to resolve the problem.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these Terms or the law.

10. Changes and contact
