1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Play Krillion (https://playkrillion.online) collects, uses and protects your information. Play Krillion is an independent project run by an individual developer ("we", "us"). Questions: support@playkrillion.online.

2. The short version

• Most play happens in your browser; streak and similar progress can stay in local storage on your device.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not require an account to play the daily Dive.
• Ads and analytics providers may collect standard usage data as described below.
• Email us to ask questions or request deletion of information you sent us.

3. Information we collect

Game data on your device: answers you type during a session and optional streak values stored in your browser (for example localStorage). This data stays on your device unless you clear it.

Usage and device data: pages visited, device and browser type, and IP address, collected through our hosting provider and analytics or advertising partners when those tools are enabled.

Support messages: the email address and content you send to support@playkrillion.online.

Accounts (only if you choose to sign in): if account features are enabled later, we may store your email address and name, and a profile picture if you sign in with a third-party provider.

We do not ask you to upload photos to play.

4. How we use it

To run the games, remember optional local progress, show ads that support the free site, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.

5. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run Play Krillion, and only as needed:

• Hosting provider: serves the site and related logs.
• Analytics providers: statistics about visits when enabled.
• Advertising partners: show ads that support the free site when enabled.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and browser storage needed to run the site (for example local game progress). If cookie consent is enabled, non-essential tools follow that choice. Analytics and ads, when enabled, are used to understand traffic and support the free site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep data

Local game data stays on your device until you clear site data. Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs follow our hosting provider's normal retention. If you create an account later, account records last while the account exists.

8. Deleting your data / your rights

Clear local game data in your browser settings at any time. You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of personal information you sent us by emailing support@playkrillion.online. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Play Krillion is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No online service is completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
